This week, Grandma Mary, Brandy, Colt, and Austin went to Crescent City on the northern California coast.  They had a great time at the beach.  Colton flew his Dumbo kite and his brother played on the beach for the first time. 

Ray's Birthday

Ray, Dad, Papa, or whatever you want to call him had a birthday dinner at our house on August 7th.  We swam in the afternoon, ate dinner, and then had pie.  While we were swimming, we met a new friend.  A dragonfly kept landing on grandma Timi's and my finger.  Colton didn't want anything to do with it.

Colton just continues to get better at swimming this summer.  For a three year old, it's pretty impressive.

The Daily Grind of Summer

Summer has finally arrived in Southern Oregon.  After a cool, wet June, the long hot days are finally here.  We seem to spend most of our time together out at the pool.  Colton has become our best rock jumper.  Austin swims around by himself with his floaty on.  Brandy is our picture taker, gets the kids ready to go swimming, bartender, slash everything person.  I am so lucky!!!

4th of July Week

I was on vacation the week leading up to the 4th, and Brandy only had to work on thursday.  We spent time doing stuff with the kids at home, went to Redding to see Nana, and spent the 4th at home with the Wilkerson clan.
